The Harvard University Choir and Harvard Baroque Chamber Orchestra will present Bach’s monumental B-Minor Mass as part of Harvard’s ARTS FIRST festival, with a roster of internationally acclaimed soloists on Sunday April 28 at 4:00 p.m. in the Memorial Church. The work will be presented in Harvard University Professor Christoph Wolff’s definitive edition: Wolff is the world authority on Bach, and this year is his last at Harvard — the concert will be given in honor of his tenure at this university.

Nancy Granert, our very own Organist in Residence and Director of Finance, continues the Memorial Church's Tuesday evening recital series on February 26 at 7:30 p.m. One of our area's well-loved organists, Nancy has served the Harvard community for many years with grace and aplomb. She is currently organist of Emmanuel Church and Central Reform Temple, both located in Boston.
In celebration of the new organs in the Memorial Church, the Spring Term will feature a bi-weekly Tuesday evening organ recital series, beginning on January 29 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. The first recital will feature Jared Johnson, Canon Organist and Choirmaster, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, Columbia, South Carolina.
